A West Barnstable resident, Ron is a colonial-rooted 50 year old native Cape Codder with a love for politics and citizen activism. Regarding education, Ron holds two Associate degrees, two, Bachelor's degrees, and two Masters degrees, and has done substantial gradual-level work in Public Policy (Environmental Policy). Ron has traveled fairly extensively all over the United States, four times to Germany, several times to Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, and about a half-dozen times to the Philippines.

Ron is a life member of the Nam Vets Assocation of the Cape & Islands, a member of the West Barnstable Civic Association, a member of the Cape Cod Chapter of the NAACP, the ACLU of Massachusetts, Human Rights Watch,
and Citizens for Limited Taxation.
