You need proof of residence, if your car isn't registered in Plymouth, you may be able to get one another way, but you'll have to call the Assessor's Office.

Perhaps eventually they'll go to curbside recycling. Pembroke residents used to have to bring their recycling to the transfer station, but they changed that a couple of years ago.

ReplyRick Kennedy, good point. I've lived in other towns where you're allowed one trash barrel per week and then you have to use the bags. That way is definitely cheaper.

ReplyNot really sure how I have a vested interest in the town's solid waste plan. I simply offered my experience with PAYT. Also, when I wasn't single and had a family of 3 with 3 cats we recycled and only had one bag of trash a week.
