When and Where: Fourth of July Parade in Hyannis
The Hyannis Fourth of July activities includes boats, bikes and fun activities for the whole family.
The Hyannis Fourth of July parade is on July 4 starting at 4pm. The parade is presented by the Town of Barnstable 4th of July Parade Committee and Hyannis Main Street. This year’s parade features several bands including local high school marching bands, Berke McKelvey and his Oompah Band, Erik’s Steel Drum Band, the Revolutionary Snake Ensemble, Sara Leketa & the Problematix, Jo & Co, Mike Dumas and Platform Soul and more. Parade Grand Marshal is Kathleen Schatzberg, the recently retired Cape Cod Community College President. Kids are welcome to join in with their decorated bikes and the Greater Hyannis Civic Association is sponsoring a contest for the best decoration.
