Figawi, one of the Cape’s great signature traditions, will kick off the 2012 race festivities with the 26th annual charity ball on Saturday, May 19th at 7 PM at The Resort and Conference Center in Hyannis. Tickets are now on sale. The Cape’s own American Idol Finalist Siobhan Magnus will headline this year’s ball with a moving, live performance of the National Anthem. The evening will also feature a red carpet arrival, dancing, cuisine from several of the Cape’s finest restaurants, a silent auction, a raffle, gaming tables and some new surprises. Entertainment will be provided by The Figawi House Band Soul Sound Revue and Groove Alliance. Auction items include trips, fabulous works of art from artists such as Jerome Howes and Marjorie …
