Notable incidents from Tuesday January 22, 2013 Police arrested Richard J. Childs, 43, of Centerville, while responding to a report of a hit and run at Barnstable High School at 12:21 a.m. Childs was charged with OUI-liquor, operating to endanger, failure to stop for a police officer and leaving the scene after property damage.
