Notable incidents from Thursday February 7, 2013 Police responded to a report of larceny on Old Oyster Rd. at 8:35 a.m. Police arrested Joshua Douglas Boning, 36 of Hyannis, and Brian N. Ayotte, 52 of Hyannis, during a security check at Town Hall at 3:33 p.m. Boning was arrested on two outstanding warrants. Ayotte was charged with having an open alcoholic container.
