I agree, every big storm NSTAR drops the ball. Grade F Snow plow came down my street once (1) Friday night and did a horrible job. That was the last time we saw the snow plow. DPW get checkers to check on the hired contract snow plow drivers because they are horrible. Grade F No excuse for a snow plow to come once at the beginning of the storm.
