Notable incidents from Saturday February 2, 2013 Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Cromwell Courts on Barnstable Rd. at 1:36 a.m. Police arrested Michael Charles Hirocke, 56 of Hyannis, while responding to a report of harassment at Area Rentals and Property Management on Main St. at 3:09 a.m. Hirocke was charged with assault and battery domestic violence and assault and battery by dangerous weapon. Police arrested Robert R.
