Theft - Case No. 130276 May 26, 2013 Quincy: Walmart Case Details: On Sunday, May 26, two suspects reportedly exited Walmart on Falls Boulevard in Quincy with two Sanyo flat screen TVs without paying. The first suspect is described as a heavy set white male wearing a white hat. The second suspect is described as a thin black male wearing sunglasses. With the assistance of a good samaritan, Walmart Asset Protection was able to recover the Sanyo TV’s. The suspects were observed fleeing the scene in a 1999 green Ford Explorer…

The suspect then allegedly damaged the front glass door of Brennan's News in Abington before entering and stealing two cash drawers from register with and undetermined amount of money before fleeing northbound on Park Avenue in the Jeep. Robbery - Case No. 040263 May 05, 2004 Yarmouth : Convenience Store Case Details: The male suspect walked into the store, told clerk he was sorry, and demanded cash. The suspect displayed and activated a stun gun and threatened the clerk. The suspect fled the store in a faded late model red pick up truck with a partial Massachusetts registration of ??Fb or BF20. The man is described as being of medium build, medium height and light complexion. Theft: Case No. 090609 Date: July 3, 2009 Case Details: On July 3, 2009, a female subject entered an unlocked car in a Bourne parking lot and stole several credit cards. Afterwards, the suspect used the stolen cards to purchase several electronic items including iPods, gaming systems, cell phone minutes and disposable baby diapers. The suspect used the cards at Target in Wareham and Taunton and Exxon Gas in Taunton. The suspect was seen getting into what appears to be an Avalanche or similar type of vechicle. Two men, with last known addresses in Osterville and Hyannis, are wanted for violations of probation including failure to register as a sex offender.
Two Cape men were listed on The Massachusetts Probation Service's second statewide Most Wanted List of Probation violators this year. The list features offenders with an extensive history of violent and assaultive behavior. David Wayne Lacouture, 49, is being sought by Barnstable Superior Court for indecent assault and battery on a child. Lacouture, a convicted level three sex offender, is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. He is five-foot, eight, 160 pounds, and has blue eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos on his face, right arm, left arm, right finger, neck, abdomen, and right leg. Lacouture’s aliases are David Lane and Paul Lacouture. His last known address was in Hyannis.
