The following was provided by the Massachusett Emergency Management Agency. Another weather system is expected to impact the Commonwealth Thursday. There is a possibility the Cape and the Islands may see snow showers early morning Thursday but no significant accumulation is expected. Officials do not anticipate Coastal areas to be adversely affected during the high tide cycle. MEMA suggests taking precautions with unstable structures covered by snow, as precipitation can drastically increase the weight of snow.
