Alleged Illegal Immigrant Detained, Suspected of Dealing Cocaine
Department of Homeland Security ICE and Barnstable Police arrested two Hyannis residents suspected of being illegal immigrants.
Barnstable Police and Homeland Security ICE agents arrested an alleged illegal immigrant accused of distributing cocaine and receiving stolen property on Tuesday, according to Barnstable Police. Barnstable Police also arrested a second resident who was allegedly deported back to Brazil and is suspected of reentering the US illegally a second time, police said. Police obtained a warrant after an investigation by BPD Detective Daniel Turner. Turner learned Thiago M. Depaula was living at 43 Spring St., Hyannis as a suspected illegal immigrant with possible charges pending in Brazil. I agree with toni, get these aholes out for long term, they are laughing at our "justice system", not fair to our local PD's who work their butts off 24/7 getting these losers arrested, then the court system fails all of us...insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results....   more ›
