Notable incidents from Friday February 1, 2013 Police arrested Camilla Ryan, 28 of Quincy, during a motor vehicle stop on Iyannough Rd. at 1:26 a.m. Ryan was charged with OUI-liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Police responded to a report of larceny on Freezer Rd. at 9:50 a.m. Police issued a summons to Christopher James Koch, 34 of Martha’s Vineyard while following up on a previous case on Phinney’s Ln. at 9:52 a.m. Kock was charged with larceny of a credit card and unlawful use of a credit card.
