Scotty McCreery to Make Melody Tent Debut

American Idol winner Scotty McCreery will perform at the Cape Cod Melody Tent in August.

McCreery is known by my most as the personable 2011 American Idol winner who quickly became a popular country music star following the show. His first studio album “Clear as Day” debuted at No. 1, making him the youngest man in history to open at the top of the all-genre chart with a debut release, according to a press release. McCreery will perform at the Cape Cod Melody Tent August 9 for the first time. Tickets go on sale Saturday March 16 at 10 a.m. and range in price from $45.25 to $65.25. Cape Cod Melody Tent Drops Ticketmaster

Starting this summer you will no longer be able to purchase a ticket to a show at the Cape Cod Melody Tent through Ticketmaster.

  To better serve its customers the Cape Cod Melody Tent changed ticket partners for the upcoming season, choosing to drop Ticketmaster.  All tickets to shows at the venue will be purchased at the box office and through the venue’s website. Some favorite acts will be returning to the Cape Cod Melody Tent this summer, including the Temptations, the Four Tops, the Beach Boys, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Tickets went on sale last week for a select number of shows. While many performances will be announced soon, you can get a sneak peak at the initial line up on the Cape Cod Melody Tent’s website.
