Dr. Mary Czajkowski says that all Barnstable Public Schools are ready to open Tuesday.
In a recorded call to parents Dr. Mary Czajkowski said all Barnstable schools have heat and electricity, and a will be open Tuesday February 12. Czajkowski encouraged parents to use their own discretion when choosing whether or not to send their children to school as some homes are still without power. Czajkowski said any absences due to a lack of power will not be held against students.
