Not only is this what passes for Mexican on Cape Cod but in a lot of other places too. ( Sorry Mike!) If your looking for Ultra-authentic Mexican there are other places to go, but for most of us Gringo's who were brought up on Old El Paso taco mix and that box full of broken taco shells, it'll do just fine. The food is consistently good and the prices are very reasonable. They have a good selection of quality tequilas but be careful because they know how to use them! The menu is extensive enough to find something everyone in your group will like, and there are some real hidden gems. The Asada Steak Ceasar Salad is not only amazing but as a six foot, two hundred pounder, I dare you to finish it. (don't order this on a first date unless you both think garlic is an aphrodisiac...) The green chile is one of my favorites. The heat is just about right. ( It'll make your nose run a little, but won't quite make your forehead sweat.) For a quick snack the Habanero Wings are a much less messy alternative to buffalo wings but be sure to order them well done otherwise the skin can sometimes be a bit mushy. If you get a chance, sit at the bar. The bartenders rock. There is a reason this has been the busiest restaurant in town for over twenty years. If you haven't been yet, I say,"Go."
