In 1988, Paul and Carolyn Hebert founded the Housing For All Corporation to aid homeless people residing on Cape Cod. In 1991, the Hebert's opened the first CHAMP House. 

CHAMP has evolved through the years and provides affordable, supportive family living to a co-ed and intergenerational family of 50 at its School Street campus.

Its other homes include: The Bayside Cottage  "Bridge to Hope" program that mentors women in Barnstable Correctional facilities, The Jamie Ready CHAMP House, Lyndon P. Lorusso CHAMP House and The Community Solar Pavilion.
