Established in 1974 with locations across the country, this is the only branch of the Boston Bartenders School on Cape Cod. Fully licensed, it offers "bartending boot camp", a rigorous course teaching the art of mixology, alcohol awareness, bar management including inventory control, profit margins and product ordering. There is local job placement assistance with a rate of over 90 percent. Any failed courses can be taken again at no cost. New classes start weekly.
