Veteran's Day Ice Skating at HYCC
A snapshot of essential things happening this week in Barnstable.
Veteran's Day Skating
The Hyannis Youth & Community Center will offer a special public skating session on Monday, Nov. 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Regular admission for adults is $7. All active duty and retired members of the U.S. military can skate at a reduced rate of $2.
Wine Tasting
The popular Thursday Night Wine Tasting at the Grand Cru will return Thursday, November 14. This month's tasting will feature "Wines of Sicily" with Wendy Koder of Blue Coast Beverages.
Small Works Gift Show
The Cape Cod Art Association will present the Gift Show. A collection of small works will be available. The show at 3480 Route 6A, Barnstable, will be open Nov. 14 to Dec. 18.
