Letter to the Editor: Double Dog Dare You

Julie Wake of Housing Assistance Corp. dares us to join in the Not-So Polar Plunge at the Cape Codder.

I dare you…I double-dog dare you! Come out and show your support of HAC by participating in the at the in Hyannis this Sunday morning at 9:30 am!

Even if you don’t want to take the plunge in a heated pool (which is amazing and has a waterfall!), if you could come out to show your support it would be great – whether or not you can donate to the event your attendance would be appreciated.

I know that Cindy and Ashley are planning to make the PLUNGE, in costume, how about you?

Not everyone is brave enough or crazy enough to jump into icy cold waters in January like some “Polar Plunge” enthusiasts! That’s why the Cape Codder Resort & Spa is holding their first “Not-So Polar Plunge” on Sunday, January 8th at 9:30 am.

For $25, you can take a dip in their new, Heated, Outdoor Rainbow Falls Pool (open year round!), dry off and change in their locker room, then enjoy a cup of Hot Chocolate in the Hearth´n Kettle! A $10 donation is requested from those who wish to watch the Plunge!

All proceeds from the "Not-So Polar" Plunge will go to the Housing Assistance Corporation on Cape Cod because the Cape Codder Resort & Spa believes that everyone should be warm and comfortable all year long.
