DEGRACE, ANTHONY S., 50, 362 Bearse’s Way Apt. #Left, Hyannis; 4  counts assault and battery with dangerous weapon, assault and battery, bond set $10 thousand, cash amount $1 thousand, pre-trial hearing February 1, 2013

HICKEY, JASMINE F., 22, 148 Harriet Ave., Quincy; cruelty to animal (ferret), shoplifting by asporation, pre-trial March 5, 2013. Police allege Hickey attempted to steal a pet ferret from Cape Maid Farms by hiding it between her arm and handbag.

LOJKO, MATHEW W., 44, 198 Old Colony Rd., Hyannis; assault and battery, pre-trial February 25, 2013

JORDAO, CLAUDIO V., 18, 75 Quaker Rd., Hyannis; drug possession class e, drug possession class E, both charges dismissed by request of Commonwealth

GREENWOOD, PETER J., 50, 45 Newton St., Hyannis; indecent assault and battery on person 14 or over, resist arrest, disorderly conduct, charges dismissed by request of Commonwealth, vandalize property, admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding until January 28, 2014, ordered to pay $450 in fees and $200 in restitution to the Barnstable Police Department

PINTO, PETER S., 66, 411 West Main St. Apt. #3, Hyannis; OUI-liquor, operating motor vehicle with license suspended, found not guilty during bench trail, ordered to pay $100 fine for number plate violation to conceal ID
