Three Teens Arrested in Cape Cod Community College Arson [Video]

Three teens were arrested Monday night for allegedly setting fire to a Cape Cod Community College snack bar and attempting to set fire to the Cape Cod YMCA.

Alexander M. Rosen-Schuh (19) of Barnstable, Sean Ribeiro (19) of Bourne and John Dias (19) of West Barnstable were arrested by Barnstable police officers around 9:30PM Monday night at the YMCA on Iyannough Road.

Police allege the three set fire to a snack bar at Cape Cod Community College before breaking into the Cape Cod YMCA. Police believe the three intended to set fire to a portion of the YMCA as well.

According to a press release all three suspects from the were wearing black gloves and had a ski mask, and two had lighters.

The three were arraigned in Barnstable District Court Tuesday morning; they face charges that include breaking and entering at nighttime and intent to commit a felony, arson. According to comments made during the arraignment process by the district attorney prosecuting the case, the three videotaped both incidents.

Rosen-Schuh and Dias were held on $7,500 bail; Ribeiro was released. The three are due back in court December 7, 2012 for a pre-trial hearing.
