1:12 a.m.: Village Garage, 135 Rte. 149, motor vehicle stop, arrested 25-year-old Matthew P. Nelson of Marstons Mills, motor vehicle OUI-liquor, operating to endanger, marked lanes, speeding in violation of special regulations, stop sign

3:10 a.m.: 153 Winter St. Apt. 1, disturbance, intoxicated person, arrested 31-year-old Neftali Vallejo of Hyannis, larceny from a person, assault and battery domestic violence, intimidation of a witness, burglary, armed, assault on occupant

8:18 a.m.: 48 Isalene St., breaking and entering, motor vehicle, report taken

9:31 a.m.: 186 Tobey Way, breaking and entering motor vehicle, report taken

10:12 a.m.: 170 Tobey Way, breaking and entering motor vehicle, served in hand

11:18 a.m.: 362 Bearse’s Way, domestic assault and battery, summons issued to 20-year-old Sarah G. Kern of Hyannis, assault and battery domestic violence, malicious destruction of property $250 or less, also issued summons to 50-year-old Anthony S. Degrace of Hyannis, assault and battery domestic violence

5:09 p.m.: 128 Walnut St., breaking and entering, residence, report taken
