Police responded to a report of a disturbance at apartment #8B in Cape Crossroads Condominiums on Bearse’s Way at 1:32 a.m.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in a motor vehicle on Hallet Rd. at 2:44 a.m.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the Education and Intervention Center on Pleasant St. at 7:42 a.m.

Police arrested Luis Carlos Macedo, 47 of Mashpee, while responding to a report of suspicious activity at Sunsational Tanning on Enterprise Rd. at 1:29 p.m. Macedo was charged with two counts of surveilling, videotaping, photographing partially nude or nude person.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at an apartment on Sea St. at 8:04 p.m.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Hill Creek Rd. at 10:04 p.m.

Police responded to a report of a domestic situation at 301 West Main St. Apt. #11 at 10:42 p.m.

Police arrested Paul Demichele, 50 of Newton, during a motor vehicle stop on High School Rd. and South St. at 12:18 a.m. Demichele is charged with OUI-liqour, negligent operation of  a motor vehicle, and failing to signal before stopping/turning.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Courtyard Resorts on Main St. at 2:10 a.m.

Police responded to a report of shoplifting at Shaw’s on Iyannough Rd. at 9:19 a.m.

 Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the Hearth N’ Kettle on Iyannough Rd. at 11:12 a.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny at Super Stop and Shop on Attucks Ln. at 11:30 a.m.

Police responded to a report of harassment at apartment #3C in Cromwell Courts on Barnstable Rd. at 12:45 p.m.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Capeway Towing and Transport on Scudder Ave. at 2:04 p.m.
