Police arrested Itamar Martins Santana, 41 of Quincy, during a motor vehicle stop on Barnstable Rd. and Winter St. at 8:10 p.m. Santana was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, using a false document, and marked lanes violation.
Police arrested Isaiah Bernard Fagan, 33 of Marstons Mills, on an outstanding warrant on Blueberry Ln. at 9:21 p.m.
