Police arrested Wilfred A. Sanchez, 21 of Hyannis, during a motor vehicle stop at Embargo at 12:33 a.m. Sanchez was charged with unlawful possession of dangerous weapon (switch blade), not having an inspection sticker and two counts of unlawful possession of dangerous weapons.

Police responded to a report of a domestic situation on Danvers Way at 8:32 a.m.
Police responded to a report of larceny on Bates St. at 9:14 a.m.

Police arrested Richard B. Fraga, 22 of Centerville, at Uno’s Chicago Grill on Iyannough Rd. at 5:00 p.m. Fraga was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Police arrested Thomas N. Patev, 57 of Hyannis, during a motor vehicle accident on Ocean St. and Harbor Bluffs Rd. at 9:05 p.m. Patev was charged with OUI-liquor 4th offense, leaving accident after property damage and a marked lanes violation.
Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Willow Tree Market on Charles St. at 9:09 p.m.
Police arrested James H. Gifford, 53 of Hyannis, while responding to a report of an assault on Sterling Rd. at 10:58 p.m. Gifford was charged with assault and battery domestic violence and assault and battery by dangerous weapon (door).
