Police Log: Arrests for OUI, Assault and Battery, Violating Restraining Order

The Barnstable Police Department provided the following. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Notable incidents from Friday January 18, 2013

Police were called to 3 Hiramar Rd. at 1:00 a.m. for a report of larceny.

Police arrested Randall Aitaniemi, 23, of Sandwich for a 2nd offense OUI-liqour charge near the Rodeway Inn on Iyannough Rd. at 1:34 a.m.

Police arrested Stefan D. Bonfiglio, 47, of Brockton. Bonfiglio was arrested on a default warrant for class A and E drug conspiracy out of Falmouth and a default warrant for forgery out of Barnstable.

Police arrested Shaun P. Mcallister, 31, of Hyannis, at the 7-Eleven on North St. at 12:09 p.m. on a default warrant out of Dennis.

Police responded to a report of someone breaking into a car at the Barnstable Municipal Airport terminal at 2:12 p.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny at Outback Steak House on Iyannough Rd at 4:30 p.m.

Police arrested Alexandre M. Borges, 25, of Hyannis, for allegedly driving without a license on Iyannough Rd. at 5:54 p.m.

Police served a restraining order at 54 Sea St. Ext. Apt. #28 at 7:19 p.m.

Police arrested Christopher Britton, 51, of Sandwich, for allegedly violating a restraining order at the Yachtsman Condominiums on Ocean St. at 8:07 p.m.

Police arrested Kyle Peter Bullock, 23, of Hyannis, on a straight warrant at the Regal Cinema in Hyannis at 9:35 p.m.

Police arrested Pamela Lynn Hogdon, 43, of Newtonville. Hogdon was charged with assault and battery domestic violence and intimidating a witness.
