Police Log: Pair Arrested Twice in One Day

Police arrested Keith J. Gardner, 29 of Marstons Mills, while responding to a report of domestic assault and battery on Willimantic Dr. at 12:38 a.m. Gardner was charges with assault and battery domestic violence, assault by dangerous weapon (a floor) and assault by dangerous weapon (a door).

Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the Seawinds Residence on Cedar St. at 12:39 a.m.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Embargo on Main St. at 1:16 a.m.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance on Old Yarmouth Rd. and Yarmouth Rd. at 6:03 a.m.

Police responded to a report of a domestic argument at National Construction on Arrowhead Dr. at 9:52 a.m.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance on Priscilla Way at 10:45 a.m.

Police arrested Christine D. Hurley, 22 of Hyannis, and Christopher James Koch, 34 of Martha’s Vineyard while responding to a report of larceny at Verizon Wireless on Iyannough Rd. at 1:48 p.m. Hurley was charged with larceny of property over $250. Koch was charged with larceny of property over $250.

Police arrested Paul S. Tavares, 45 of Hyannis, and Chrystal M. Lawson, 27 of Hyannis, while responding to a report of shoplifting at AJ Lukes of Hyannis at 1:53 p.m. Tavares was arrested on two outstanding warrants. Lawson was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

Police responded to a report of larceny on Debbies Ln. at 2:30 p.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny at CVS Pharmacy on North St. at 4:48 p.m.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at Church Bell Apartments at 5:00 p.m.

Police responded to a report of a domestic argument on Constant Ln. at 7:44 p.m.

Police responded to a report of a domestic argument on Hamden Cir. at 10:00 p.m.

Police arrested Christine D. Hurley, 22 of Hyannis, and Christopher James Koch, 34 of Martha’s Vineyard while responding to a report of a suspicious person at CVS on North St. at 11:42 p.m. Hurley was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Koch was charged with trespassing on land, dwelling.
