Police Log: Arrests for Assault and Battery, Possession of Dangerous Weapon

Notable incidents from Tuesday February 5, 2013

Police arrested Lucais E. Sharpe, 25 of Mashpee, during a motor vehicle stop at 12:39 a.m. Sharpe was charged with unlawful possession of a switchblade knife.

Police arrested Germaine Leon Jackson, 36 of Hyannis, while responding to a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Sea St. Ext. at 1:15 a.m. Jackson was charged with injury to real or personal property, assault by dangerous weapon/shod foot, and assault and battery domestic violence.

Police responded to a report of larceny on Cedric Rd. at 9:38 a.m.

Police arrested John P. Jasset, 44 of Hyannis, during a motor vehicle stop. Jasset was charged with operative a motor vehicle after revocation and arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in a car on Columbia Ave. at 11:17 a.m.

Police arrested Ryan Marks, 22 of East Falmouth, during a motor vehicle stop on North St. at 2:36 p.m. Marks was charged with unlawful possession of dangerous weapon and defective equipment on motor vehicle.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance on Oak St. at 5:04 p.m.

Police responded to a report of domestic harassment on Gosnold St. at 5:10 p.m.

Police responded to a report of domestic threats on Chestnut St. at 6:07 p.m.

Police responded to a report of domestic assault and battery on Nye Rd. at 8:36 p.m.
