Police Log: 56-Year-Old Arrested for Stealing Car

Police arrested John W. Willard, 56, of Harwich, while responding to a report of a stolen motor vehicle at 12:05 a.m. at Pain D’Avignon on Hinckley Rd. Willard was charged with larceny of motor vehicle, trailer, receiving stolen car, and an arrest warrant for a previous charge.
Police responded to a report of vandalism on Pine Crest Rd. at 9:10 a.m.

Police arrested Aubrey J. Wilsey, 29, of Sagamore Beach, during a motor vehicle stop near Cooke’s Seafood on Iyannough Rd. at 2:01 p.m. Wilsey was charged with unlawful possession of dangerous weapon, failure to use a seatbelt. Wilsey was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Police responded to a report of larceny at Barnstable High School at 2:18 p.m.
Police responded to a report of larceny at T-Mobile on Iyannough Rd. at 3:40 p.m.
Police arrested Dana Fernald, 34, of Buzzards Bay, on Old Stage Rd. and Bayberry Ln. at 4:27 p.m. Fernald was arrested on a default warrant.
Police responded to a report of harassment on Quaker Rd. at 4:39 p.m.

Police responded to a report of a breaking and entering in a vehicle on Highland Ave. at 6:20 p.m.
Police responded to a report of a restraining order violation on Pitcher’s Way at 6:29 p.m.
Polcie arrested Billy Christopher Demiranda, 24, of South Yarmouth, during a traffic stop on Corporation St. and Falmouth Rd. at 9:34 p.m. Deminarnda was charged with possessing a false RMV document.
