No Minors Served in Underage Drinking Sting

All liquor license holders in Barnstable complied with underage drinking laws during summer stings.

The Barnstable Police Department conducted underage drinking stings at all liquor license holders in town this summer and all the establishments passed the test.

The stings were conducted to determine if the license-holders were serving alcohol to minors, according to a memorandum from Richard V. Scali, Interim Director of Regulatory Services:

"We are very proud to report 100 percent compliance," wrote Scali. "This is quite an accomplishment. Keep up the good work!"
