Four Arrested in Hyannis Hotel Drug Bust

The Friday morning bust yielded $5,000 in cash and more than $20,000 worth of heroin, cocaine, marijuana and molly.

Four people were arrested at the International Inn on Main Street in Hyannis on Nov. 15 after a Cape DEA Drug Task Force bust that yielded more than $20,000 worth of heroin, cocaine, marijuana and molly.

Barnstable Police Detectives and the DEA task force were conducting a heroin distribution investigation, targeting Terence Silvera, 26, of Hyannis. During the investigation, several undercover purchases of heroin were made from Silvera and his associates.

A search warrant for room 135 at the International Inn was executed Friday after the group had allegedly used the room for months to distribute narcotics.

Silvera was stopped outside the room with $5,000 in cash.

Detectives found three members of Silvera's organization inside the room. Vaughnay Rose, 23, of Hyannis, Theresa Rose, 19, of Hyannis and Domenik Robinson, 20, of Boston, were all placed under arrest inside the hotel room.

During the search, detectives found approximately 90 grams of heroin, 28 grams of cocaine and smaller quantities of Molly and marijuana.

All four suspects were charged with Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Act, Trafficking Heroin (36-100 gramss) and Trafficking Cocaine (18-36 grams).

Theresa Rose will also be charged with Possession of Class B (MDMA) With Intent to Distribute.
