DRAPER, GEOFFREY ALLEN, 45, 247 South Shore Drive, Apartment B, Yarmouth; assault and battery. Pretrial hearing Dec. 7.

PETERSON, SUSAN A., 43, 26 Wager Lane, South Dennis; assault and battery. Pretrial hearing Nov. 26.

ROCHE, RICHARD J., 62, 69 West Elm Street, Hopkinton; OUI liquor, marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing Nov. 19.

DISPOSITIONS

ANTONE, MANUEL J., 44, 114 Carriage Shop Road, East Falmouth; domestic assault and battery, assault and battery by dangerous weapon. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.

ARRIAGA, JULIAN, 41, 8 Fresh Holes Road, Hyannis; domestic assault and battery, witness intimidation, violation of a protective order. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.

BATES, JAIME N., 19, 979 Falmouth Road, Apartment D11, Hyannis; domestic assault and battery, assault and battery by dangerous weapon. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.

GREENE, CHANTELLE S., 23, 337 Mitchell’s Way, Hyannis; larceny from a person over $250, larceny of a credit card, larceny from a person over 60, larceny by false pretense (five counts), attempted larceny by false pretense, uttering a forged instrument (six counts), forgery (six counts). Sentenced to two years six months in the house of correction (one year to serve, 183 days deemed served), ordered to pay $150 restitution, remain drug and alcohol free, and submit to screenings.

MITCHELL JR., ODELL, 50, 53 Captain Blount Road, Yarmouth; assault and battery. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.

NEAL, AARON PHILIP, 23, 47 Otis Trailer Village, Mashpee; OUI liquor. Feed $350, 45 day loss of license, ordered to attend treatment, placed on probation until Oct. 23, 2013.
