DUNHAM, SCOTT, 28, 77 Winter Street, Hyannis; shoplifting by container tampering, assault by dangerous weapon, receiving stolen property worth over $250 (two counts), larceny over $250 by false pretense. Sentenced to 15 months in the house of correction (55 days deemed served).
ESLICK, DANIEL, 36, 22 Beechwood Drive, Mashpee; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, obstructing an emergency vehicle. Continued without finding until Oct. 16, 2013.
GIBBS, RICKI, 18, 195 Fuller Road, Centerville; assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, trespassing. Ordered to stay away from victim and complete 30 hours community service; continued without finding until Jan. 17, 2013.
WOOD, KIMBERLY B., 49, 85 Woodland Avenue, Hyannis; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (two counts). Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.
