ANDERSON, JEFFREY D., 53, 6 Windsor Road, Sandwich; domestic assault and battery. Ordered to undergo anger management evaluation.

LIIMATAINEN, MICHAEL A., 28, 59 Fire Station Road, Osterville; OUI drugs, possession of a class B drug, possession of a class E drug, assault and battery on a police officer (three counts), injury to real or personal property. Placed on probation and continued without finding until Oct. 15, 2013.

PICHARDO, GEORGE A., 23, 800 Bearse’s Way, Apartment 6SF, Hyannis; domestic assault and battery. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.

ROBERTS, JARRED MICHAEL, 33, 318 Camp Street, Yarmouth; assault and battery, attempted murder. Jury trial Dec. 4, 2012.

SOUZA, DAVID, 44, 92 Broadway Boulevard, Yarmouth; assault and battery. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.
