COSTA, MALINDA, 453 Main St. Apt. #1, Hyannis; assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled, admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding until March 2, 2016, ordered to pay $90 victim witness fee and $65 a month in probation costs, probation will be converted to admin after 18 months

FENTON, JENNIFER L, 1033 Santuit-Newtwn Rd. Apt. #North, Cotuit; three counts of larceny over $250, dismissed by request of the Commonwealth due to insufficient evidence

HIROCKE, MICHAEL C., 56, 174 Main St. Apt. #H, Hyannis; assault and battery with dangerous weapon and assault and battery, dismissed by request of commonwealth due to failure of victim to cooperate

KOCH, CHRISTOPHER J., 34, 828 Main St., Martha’s Vineyard; larceny of credit card, improper use of credit card, admitted to sufficient facts, guilty entered, sentenced to probation until March 6, 2014, ordered to pay $50 victim witness fee

REED, CLIFFORD R., 39, 68 Yarmouth Rd., Hyannis; drug possession to distribute class D, conspiracy to violate drug laws, dismissed by the request of the Commonwealth due to insufficient evidence

WILLIS, LUCY L., 23, 125 Conners Rd., Centerville; use of motor vehicle without authority, larceny from person over 65, dismissed due to failure of victim to cooperate

WISSE, ZACQUEL D., 23, 35 Eden Ln., Centerville; operating motor vehicle with suspended license, negligent operation of motor vehicle, operator refusal to identify self, entered guilty plea, sentenced to 10 days in the house of corrections, sentence suspended, will remain on probation until September 9, 2014, ordered to pay $50 a month in probation fees and $300 in other fees
