ARRAIGNMENTS

BASSETT, SAMANTHA, 22, 6 Hillside Road, Sandwich; domestic assault and battery. Pretrial hearing Jan. 28.

CASH III, EARL N., 33, 121 Depot Street, Dennisport; operating a motor vehicle without lights, OUI liquor, operating a motor vehicle without license in possession, injury to real or personal property, assault and battery on a police officer (two counts), assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Pretrial hearing Jan. 28.

ELLIOT, HEATHER, 25, 77 Winter Street, Hyannis; assault and battery, disorderly conduct. Pretrial hearing Jan. 30.

LIIMATAINEN, MICHAEL A., 28, 85 Allan Road, West Barnstable; possession to distribute a class B drug, distributing a class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law. Pretrial hearing Jan. 25.

TENNEY, CHRISTIAN THOMAS, 21, 77 Winter Street, Hyannis; domestic assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest. Pretrial hearing Jan. 16.

DISPOSITIONS

DEGRACE, DERRICK J., 46, 8 Wamsutta Road, Mashpee; larceny from a person (two counts), larceny over $250 by a single scheme, breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, uttering a false check (six counts), forgery of a check (six counts), receiving stolen property worth under $250 (three counts), larceny under $250 (two counts). Sentenced to two years six months in the house of correction (34 days deemed served), ordered to pay $1,332 restitution, placed on probation until Dec. 30, 2016.

SMITH, BRYCE THOMAS, 20, 7 Luscombe Lane, Sandwich; OUI liquor, person under 21 in possession of liquor, failure to stop for police, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding. Fined $350, 210 day loss of license, continued without finding until Dec. 31, 2013.

VOROS JR., ARPAD PETER, 22, 16 Colonial Road, South Dennis; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, speeding. Fined $350, 45 day loss of license, placed on probation until Dec. 27, 2013.
