Ext., Hyannis; assault with a dangerous weapon, larceny under $250, both charges continued without a finding until January 8, 2014, ordered to attend habilitation corp. day program 3 times a week until discharge, allow CSA to supervise attendance at 12 step meetings, continue counseling until discharge

DILLREE, JASON, 31, homeless, Hyannis; rape of a child with force, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, both charges dismissed, ordered to have no contact with complaining witness

JONES, STEPHEN L., 47, 118 Hickory Hill Cir., Osterville; assault and battery, charge dismissed, victim asserts marital privilege, assault and battery with dangerous weapon,  resist arrest, charge dismissed, victim asserts marital privilege, resist arrest, continued without a finding, ordered to pay $100 in fees

MITCHELL, ROBERT E., 66, 452 Strawberry Hill Rd., Hyannis; OUI-liquor, continued without a finding until January 9, 2014, will serve probation until that date, also ordered to pay $65 a month in probation fees and $550 in miscellaneous fees
