DEGRACE, TAMICA A., 28, 667 Main Street, Apartment 1, Hyannis; larceny over $250, possession of a class E drug (four counts), possession of a class A drug. Pretrial hearing March 26.

MACEDO, LUIS CARLOS, 47, 12 Ashumet Road, Mashpee; photographing an unsuspecting partially nude or nude person (two counts). Ordered to stay away from victim, surrender passport; pretrial hearing March 20.

SALGADO, JESSICA, 24, 12 High Street, Carver; domestic assault and battery. Pretrial hearing March 26.

DISPOSITIONS

FOLEY, BRANHAM MATTHEW, 22, 51 Mill Road, East Sandwich; assault and battery. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.

JACKSON, GERMAINE LEON, 36, 77 Winter Street, Hyannis; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery. Placed on probation until Feb. 24, 2014.

LYNCH, DAVID R., 39, 56 Suffolk Avenue, South Yarmouth; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery (four counts). Ordered to pay $1,424 restitution, sentenced to two years six months in the house of correction (four months deemed served, balance suspended), sentenced to 18 months home confinement, placed on probation until Feb. 19, 2016.

NEWSOME, DEXTER, 47, 329 Route 28, West Dennis; OUI liquor (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle with license revoked, motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, motor vehicle lights violation. Fined $400, sentenced to 90 days in the house of correction (suspended).

PEARL JR., EDWARD W., 45, 102 South Sea Avenue, West Yarmouth; assault and battery, witness intimidation. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.
