WILBUR, BRIAN J., 69, 18 Tara Terrace, Bourne; operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, no inspection sticker. Pretrial hearing April 24.

DISPOSITIONS

BOYLE, JOHN E., 48, 241 West Hyannisport Circle, Hyannis; violating a miscellaneous municipal ordinance. Dismissed by request of commonwealth.

GUZMAN, KRISTIAN, 28, 11 O'Callaghan Way, Apartment 330, South Boston; breaking and entering during daytime for a felony, larceny from a building. Dismissed by request of commonwealth.

ROSE, DANIEL ALLEN, 31, 36 Hudson Road, Yarmouth; leaving the scene of property damage. Dismissed with payment of $200 court costs.

SCHIRTZINGER, JON A., 40, 236 Wood Road, South Yarmouth; operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, uninsured motor vehicle, no inspection sticker. Assessed $50.
