WESTON, DAVID H., 41, 535 Higgins Crowell Road, Yarmouth; assault and battery. Pretrial hearing Jan. 17.

DISPOSITIONS
LINTON, SUSAN E., 54, 45 Rocky Ridge Road, Dennis; OUI liquor (second offense), tire tread violation, marked lanes violation. Sentenced to one year in the house of correction (60 days to serve, balance suspended), placed on probation until Dec. 12, 2014, assessed $300.
ROBINSON, KELLY ANNE, 24, 9-11 Edwards Avenue, Apartment B1, Dennis; OUI liquor (second offense). Found not guilty.
SULLIVAN, MICHAEL E., 54, 30 Marjon Drive, East Bridgewater; larceny under $250 (five counts), larceny from a person. Ordered to pay $160 restitution, continued without finding until Dec. 13, 2013.
