DISPOSITIONS

CHAMBERS, JOHN L., 42, 800 Bearse's Way, Apartment 6WA, Hyannis; domestic assault and battery, witness intimidation, aggravated assault and battery, vandalizing property. Sentenced to one year in the house of correction (121 days deemed served), placed on probation until Dec. 7, 2017, ordered to attended abuse prevention therapy.

HUNT, JAMES M., 49, 110 Regional Avenue, Apartment 105, Yarmouth; assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation until Dec. 13, 2013.

JASSET, JOHN P., 44, 1029 Iyannough Road, Apartment 9A, Hyannis; larceny by check over $250 (three counts), forgery of a check, uttering a false check (two counts), larceny by check under $250, larceny by false pretenses over $250, larceny over $250. Sentenced to one year in the house of correction, ordered to pay $909.57 restitution, placed on probation until Dec. 12, 2014.

MURPHY, MICHAEL P., 55, 103 Barberry Lane, Marstons Mills; domestic assault and battery, vandalizing property. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.

SEMOS, JAMES, 40, homeless; breaking and entering during nighttime for a felony. Sentenced to six months in the house of correction (149 days deemed served).

SFERRAZZO, GENNARO, 50, 148 Bracken Fern Road, Marstons Mills; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation. Fined $100.
