Barnstable Police Log, September 26 through 27: Chocoholic Thief On The Loose

The following information was supplied by the Barnstable Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Wednesday, September 26

12:21 am - Police assisted at a fire on 940 Old Falmouth Road, Marstons Mills.
1:42 am - Police responded to a report of a disturbance at 174 Main Street, Hyannis. They placed an adult female in protective custody.
5:04 am - Police executed a warrant at 720 Pitcher’s Way, Hyannis. They arrested Ceasar D. Almeida, 44, homeless, and charged him with failure to register as a sex offender.
6:44 am - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering, commercial, at Cape Cod Aggregates, 1550 Phinney’s Lane, Hyannis.
10:43 am - Police responded to a report of larceny from 328 Main Street, Hyannis.
11:19 am - Police responded to a report of larceny from 560 Sea View Avenue, Osterville.
2:01 pm - Police executed a warrant at the Department of Transitional Assistance, 181 North Street, Hyannis. They arrested an unidentified individual on unidentified charges.
3:05 pm - Police responded to a report of of shoplifting at Sally Beauty Supply, 65 Independence Drive, Hyannis. They arrested Brittney G. Foster, 25, of 517 Walnut Street, Framingham, and charged her with shoplifting by concealment.
4:45 pm - Police responded to a report of larceny from 360 Ocean Street, Hyannis.
6:43 pm - Police responded to a report of an intoxicated person at 237 Barnstable Road, Hyannis. They arrested Timoth A. Fasano, 48, of 175 Cherry Street, Mendham, NJ, on three default warrants related to assault and battery charges originating in Barnstable.
7:38 pm - Police responded to a report of larceny from 360 Sea Street, Hyannis.
8:49 pm Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 52 Oak Neck Road, Hyannis. They arrested Randi L. Carapezza, 43, of 52 Oak Neck Road, Hyannis on warrants related to assault and battery and with larceny.
11:23 pm - Police responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Osterville-West Barnstable Road at Bumps River road, Osterville. They arrested Herbert P. Minkel,  65 of 68 Bumps River Road, Osterville, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Thursday, September 27

12:25 am - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a commercial building, Dockside Restaurant, 110 Old School House Road, Hyannis. They arrested Christopher Charles Lamb, 47, of 52 Old Schoolhouse Road, Hyannis, and charged him with attempted breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony.
8:53 am - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, in the vicinity of 42 Wianno Avenue, Osterville.
10:16 am - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 70 Pine Street, Hyannis.
12:38 pm - Police responded to a report of larceny from Cape Cod Chocolatier, 1600 Falmouth Road, Centerville.
4:07 pm - Polilce responded to a report of larceny from A Plus Cleaning Service, 92 Rosary Lane, Hyannis.
4:56 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, in the vicinity of 65 Independence Drive, Hyannis.
4:57 pm - Police responded to a report of larceny from Aerus Electrolux, 91 Falmouth Road, Hyannis.
6:05 pm - Police responded to a report of attempted breaking and entering into 100 Old Falmouth Road, Marstons Mills.
9:05 pm - Police responded to a report of assault at Cape Cod Hospital, 27 Park Street, Hyannis.
10:46 pm - Police stopped a motor vehicle in the vicinity of 574 Bearse’s Way, Hyannis. They arrested Jonathan W. Lunn of 54 Cedar Street, Hyannis, on a default warrant.
11:33 pm - Police stopped a motor vehicle on West Main Street at Woodland Avenue. They arrested Muhammad A Saeed, 48, of 174 Lowell Road, Apt. 115, Mashpee, and charged him with texting while driving, marked lanes violation and with possession of a Class B substance.
