Barnstable Police Log September 14: B And E's, Prostitution In Centerville

12:31 am - Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 46 Bearse’s Way, Hyannis. They arrested Brandon K. Patterson, 25, of 6 Hiramar Road, Hyannis, and charged him on an outstanding warrant for breaking and entering and with larceny of property valued at more than $250.
12:45 am - Police stopped a motor vehicle on Vineyard Avenue at Hampshire Avenue. They arrested Coleman P. Hooper, 21, of 80 suffolk Avenue, Hyannis, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle so as to endanger and with failure to stop for an officer.
1:31 am - Police responded to a report of motor vehicle theft from 44 Highpoint Road, Marstons Mills. They arrested John Dias Crocker, 48, of 173 Audrey Lane, Marstons Mills, and charged him with larceny of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle so as to endanger, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle without a license in possession, operating a motor vehicle while not wearing a seat belt.
3:58 am - Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 32 Sea Street Extension.  They arrested Scott A. Thomas, 50, of 77 Winter Street, Hyannis, and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a cane) on a victim older than 60, assalut and battery on a person older than 60 and with disturbing the peace. They placed him in protective custody. Police arrested Ciro Schiano, 73, of 32 Sea Street Extension, and charged him with assault and battery and with disturbing the peace.
6:52 am - Police responded to a report of vandalism at 10 Cape Cod Lane, Barnstable.
8:43 am - Police responded to a report of larceny at 18 Tucker Road, Hyannis.
8:46 am - Police responded to a report of vandalism at the Common Ground Cafe at 420 Main Street, Hyannis.
9:00 am - Police responded to a report of vandalism at 44 Yarmouth Road, Hyannis.
10:33 am - Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 145 Conners Road, Centerville. They issued summons to appear in court on charges of prostitution to three individuals - Todd Prosser, 36, of 627 McGowan Rad, West Mifflin, Penn.; Lucy L. Willis,  43, of 125 Conners Road, Centerville; and Jonathan H. Bregman, 68, of 125 Conners Road, Centerville.
11:05 am - Police responded to a report of larceny at 50 Fox Island Road in Marstons Mills.
12:40 pm - Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 1070 Iyannough Road, Hyannis.
1:00 pm - Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Bank of America, 749 Main Street, Hyannis.
1:25 pm - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a residence at 503 Santuit Road, Cotuit.
1:47 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, on Wianno Avenue at West Bay Road, Osterville.
2:09 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, at Kmart, 768 Iyannough Road, Hyannis.
2:38 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident at Kmart, 768 Iyannough Road, Hyannis.
3:04 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, on West Main Street at Lincoln Road, Hyannis.
4:14 pm - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a residence at 165 Grove Street, Cotuit.
4:23 pm - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a residence at 66B Pleasant Pines Avenue, Centerville.
4:25 pm - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a residence at 218 Old Mill road, Osterville.
5:45 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, in the vicinity of 620 Main Street, Hyannis.
6:19 pm - Police checked property for security at Barnstable High School. They arrested three individuals and charged them as minors in possession of alcohol.
6:27 pm - Police responded to a report of larceny from 25 Portside Drive, Hyannis.
6:50 pm - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a residence at 8 Seabrook Road, Hyannis.
7:09 pm - Police responded to a report of a disturbance at 50 Althea Drive, Barnstable. They arrested Amy E. Stetson, 36, of 14 Harpoon Lane, Yarmouthport, on a warrant for breaking and entering.
7:13 pm - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a residence at 206 Old Mill Road, Osterville.
8:47 pm - Police resonded to a report of a disturbance at Barnstable High School. They arrested Timothy Joe Klepser, 45, and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a mini-bike), disorderly conduct, operating a motor vehicle so as to endanger and with resisting arrest.
8:50 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident on Phinney’s Lane at Iyannough Road.
9:21 pm - Police responded to a report of vandalism at 71 Canterbury Circle, Hyannis.
11:54 pm - Police stopped a motor vehicle on Iyannough Road. They arrested two unidentified individuals on unidentified charges.
