Sunday, March 25

12:32 am - A disturbance was reported at Embargo, report taken.

2:25 am - A disturbance was reported at 29 Captain Lumbert Ln., Centerville, arrest made. Police arrested Brian E. Lacroix of 42 Anthony Dr., Holden on a warrant.

2:44 am - An accident with property damage was reported at 1155 Santuit-Newtown Rd., Cotuit, arrest made. 

3:47 am - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Cape Codder Resort, serviced.

12:47 pm - A gun shots disturbance was reported at 1555 Race Ln., Marstons Mills, serviced.

12:58 pm - A homeless intoxicated person disturbance was reported at Flagship Estates, serviced.

1:27 pm - A suspicious person was reported at High School Road and North Street, Hyannis, serviced.

2:09 pm - Larceny was reported at Macy's, arrest made. Police arrested a 16-year-old juvenile for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

2:56 pm - Police assisted another agency, arrest made. Police arrested Mauricio S. Riveiro of 2 Hiramar Rd., Hyannis on a ICE warrant.

3:02 pm - Shoplifting larceny was reported at Kandy Korner, report taken.

3:16 pm -Domestic assault and battery was reported , report taken. Police charged Geraldo F. Cardosa of 67 Delta St., Hyannis with assault and battery domestic violence, intimidation of a witness and placed him in protective custody.

5:09 pm - A noise disturbance was reported at 80 Danvers Way, Hyannis, serviced.

5:55 pm - Suspicious activity was reported at Hyannis Youth and Community Center, report taken.

6:01 pm - Police assisted another agency, arrest made. Police arrested Rogerio Pacheco of 576 Main St., Hyannis on a warrant for alien arrest.

6:03 pm - Police were called for a PC Eval at Cape Cod Hospital, serviced.

8:24 pm - Domestic unwanted was reported at Cape Crossroads Condos, serviced.
