1:53 am - A suspicious person was reported at 39 La France Ave., Hyannis, serviced.

4:44 am - Larceny was reported at 316 Sea St., Hyannis, serviced.

9:28 am - Injured animals were reported at 2581 Main St., Barnstable, serviced.

9:46 am - Larceny was reported at 60 Main St., Osterville, report taken.

10:45 am - A motor vehicle break-in was reported at Fitness 500 Club, report taken.

12:55 pm - Domestic assault and battery was reported at Sea Meadow Village, Hyannis, arrest made. Police arrested Brittany E. Fugate of 720 Pitcher's Way, Hyannis for assault and battery domestic violence. Police summonsed Jodi Audet of the same address for assault and battery domestic violence.
