12:41 pm - Domestic assault and battery was reported Park Square Village, arrest made. Police arrested David Paul Pacheco of 77 Winter St., Hyannis for violation of a protection order, assault and battery, assault and battery on a pregnant victim and placed him in protective custody.

12:43 pm - Vandalism was reported at 185 Knotty Pine Ln., Centerville, serviced.

4:29 pm - Drug possession was reported at Empire Beauty School, arrest made. Police arrested Kyle D. Reed of 117 White Moss Dr., Marstons Mills on three warrants and for possession of a class A substance with intent to distribute (heroin), two counts of possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute (suboxone, oxycodone), possession of a class C substance with intent to distribute (klonipin) and resisting/obstructing arrest.

4:48 pm - A homeless intoxicated person was reported at Town Hall Comfort Station, serviced.

5:07 pm -Police conducted a motor vehicle stop, arrest made. Police arrested Fabiano Carlos Dasilva of 356 Pitcher's Way, Hyannis for operating without a license and possess/use false/stolen RMV document.

12:00 am - A fight was reported at 36 Oak Neck Rd., Hyannis, individual placed in protective custody. Police charged Christian Thomas Tenney of the same address with injury to real or personal property, domestic verbal argument, possession of a class D drug (civil infraction) and placed him in protective custody.
