Barnstable Police Log Friday, September 21: Stealing From An Elder In The Hospital

Friday, September 21
6:54 am - Police executed a warrant at 81 Ridgewood Avenue, Apt. B, Hyannis. They arrested Dino J. Tillman, 23, of 104 Rosemary Lane, Centerville on a charge of probation violation.
10:02 am - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident, with injury, at Main Street and Willow Street, West Barnstable.
10:57 am - Police responded to a report of larceny From Cape Cod Hospital, 27 Park Street, Hyannis. They arrested Cassia E. Byland, 25, of 2114 Main Street, Brewster, and charged her on a default warrant and with larceny from a person older than 65.
3:01 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, on Iyannough Road at Yarmouth Road, Hyannis.
5:18 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, on Bearse’s Way at General Patton Drive, Hyannis.
5:72 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident, with personal injury, on Phinney’s Lane at Falmouth Road.
6:57 pm - Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 168 Barnstable Road, Hyannis. They arrested Peter T. Fratus, 40, of 77 Winter Street, Hyannis, and charged him with violating a protective order.
8:56 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, on Falmouth Road at Main Street, Cotuit.
9:50 pm - Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Cape Mart, 130 Center Street, Hyannis. They arrested an unidentified individual on unidentified charges.
10:01 om - Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Main Street at Iyannough Road, Hyannis. They arrested an unidentified individual on unidentified charges.
10:49 pm - Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the vicinity of 231 Main Street, Hyannis. They arrested David H. Finnerty, 39, of 77 Winter Street, Hyannis and charged him with disorderly conduct and with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer. They placed him in protective custody.
