1:54 am - A fight was reported at Steakhouse, individual placed in protective custody. Police charged Nicholas Roberts of 139 Donegal Cr., Centerville for assault and battery domestic violence, two counts of threat to commit a crime, resisting/obstructing arrest, two counts of intimidation of a witness and placed him in protective custody.

2:22 am - Suspicious activity was reported at Barnstable Municipal Airport, serviced.

4:45 am - Larceny was reported at 124 Sudbury Ln., Hyannis, arrest made. Police arrested Colette Sullivan of 620 Yarmouth Rd., Hyannis for receiving stolen property more than $250 and larceny of property more than $250. Police arrested Wilfredo A. Sanchez of 124 Sanchez Ln., Hyannis for receiving stolen property more than $250.

6:47 am - An intoxicated person disturbance was reported at 10 Stuart St., Hyannis, serviced.

7:11 am - Suspicious activity was reported at 41 La France Ave., Hyannis, serviced.

9:43 am - A medical overdose was reported at 125 Conners Rd., Centerville, report taken.

10:00 am - A hit and run was reported at Race Lane and Route 149, Marstons Mills, arrest made. 

10:26 pm - A disturbance was reported at Veteran's Beach, individual placed in protective custody. Police charged James Alexander Logan of 77 Winter St., Hyannis with disorderly person, threat to commit a crime (murder), resisting/obstructing arrest and placed him in protective custody.

10:45 am - Police made a warrant attempt, arrest made. Police arrested Michael T. James of 71 Turner Rd., E. Falmouth on a warrant.

11:23 am - An abandoned motor vehicle was reported at 125 Wianno Ave., Osterville, serviced.

11:19 am - Larceny was reported at 149 Lakeview Dr., West Barnstable, report taken.

11:50 am - Larceny was reported at Holiday Inn, report taken.

12:17 pm - Larceny shoplifting was reported at 3261 Main St., Barnstable, report taken. Police summonsed Nancy E. Waller of 300 Nathan Ellis Hwy., Mashpee and Susan M. Lumber of the same address both for shoplifting by asportation of merchandise.

1:43 pm - A motor vehicle break-in was reported at 135 Strawberry Hill Rd., Centerville, report taken.

1:29 pm - Police made a warrant attempt, arrest made. Police arrested John Stanley Gatlin of 398 West Main St., Hyannis on a warrant for assault and battery.

1:35 pm - Larceny was reported at 133 Able Way, Marstons Mills, report taken.

2:54 pm - Suspicious person was reported at Cromwell Courts, serviced.

2:50 pm - A suicide attempt/threat was reported at Cape Cod Human Services, serviced.

3:00 pm - A structure fire was reported at 26 Morgan Way, W. Barnstable, report taken.

10:31 pm - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at Winter and North streets, Hyannis, arrests made. Police made an undisclosed drug arrest. Police arrested Paulo S. Garcia of 1 Greglan Ave., Nantucket on a warrant and for use of false/stolen RMV documents. Police summonsed Eric L. Engelson of 51 Fuller Rd., Centerville for allowing an improper person to operate.
