7:20 am - Police made a warrant attempt, arrest made. Police arrested Mindy R. Cournoyer of 70 Lewis St., Hyannis on a warrant.

9:17 am - Suspicious activity was reported at Thoreau Drive, Centerville, serviced.

9:18 am - Police were called for an assist at Pope John Paul II, serviced.

10:05 am - Police responded to receiving stolen property larceny at Outback Steakhouse, report taken. Summons issued to Jason E. Grillo of 25 Hope St. Apt. 2, Acushnet for larceny of property more than $250.

10:10 am - A homeless intoxicated person disturbance was reported at the Hyannis Village Green, individual placed in protective custody.

10:25 am - An assault with a dangerous weapon was reported on Main Street, Hyannis, arrest made. Police arrested Kevin Michael Hersey of 71 Main St., Apt. 3, Hyannis with assault by dangerous weapon (knife).

10:34 am - A disorderly person disturbance was reported at Cape Cod Hospital, serviced.

11:08 am - An assault was reported at Church Street, West Barnstable, serviced.

12:30 pm - Police were called for a medical assist at Cape Abilities, taken/transferred.

12:47 pm - A suspicious person was reported at Keveney Lane, Barnstable, serviced.

1:58 pm - Harassing threats were reported at Sea Street, Hyannis, report taken.

1:41 pm - A restraining order violation was reported on Old Stage Road, Centerville, report taken.

1:57 pm - Unarmed robbery was reported at TD Bank in Centerville Plaza, report taken.

1:59 pm - Police were called for a medical assist at Bristol Avenue, Hyannis, transported to hospital.

2:07 pm - Shoplifting larceny was reported at Kmart, no report filed.

2:15 pm - Police were called for a civil assist at Old Stage Road, serviced.

3:08 pm - Police were called for a medical assist at Hess, transported to hospital.

4:40 pm - An assault was reported at Spring Street, Hyannis, report taken. Police summonsed John P. Shannon of 278 Main St., Hyannis for larceny

of property more than $250.

5:11 pm - Police were called for a civil assist at Beechwood Road, Centerville, serviced.

5:52 pm - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at County Seat Street and Crooked Pond Road, Hyannis, serviced.

5:50 pm - Forgery was reported at Quaker Road, Hyannis, report taken.

6:34 pm - A break-in was reported at the Yatchsman Condos, report taken.

6:22 pm - A domestic verbal argument was reported on Main Street, Cotuit, individuals placed in protective custody. Police placed Noelle Crosby of 25 Kate's Path, Yarmouthport in protective custody and charged her with  assault and battery domestic violence and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Police placed Michael Francis Rose of the same address in protective custody and charged him with larceny of controlled substance from authorized person.

7:05 pm - A disturbance was reported at Cape Cod Hospital, serviced.

7:30 pm - A disturbance was reported at Chestnut Street, Hyannis, serviced.

7:59 pm - A fireworks disturbance was reported at Fresh Holes Road, Hyannis, serviced.

8:55 pm - Police made a warrant attempt, arrest made. Police arrested Sarah J. Korniotes of 894 Old Post Rd., Cotuit on a warrant.

8:38 pm - Police were called for a well being assist at Tedeschi on Yarmouth Road, individual placed in protective custody.

8:55 pm - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Bearse's Way and Route 28, serviced.

10:34 pm - A domestic assault and battery was reported, arrest made. Police arrested Tara Gavigan of 85 Beechwood Rd., Centerville for assault and battery domestic violence.

10:38 pm - Police responded to an accident with property damage, arrest made. Police arrested Kevin P. Curran of 371 Main St., Dennis for OUI-Child endangerment while under the influence, operating to endanger, child under 5 without car seat, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, no inspection and possession of a class B substance.

Saturday, Oct. 22

12:11 am - Police made a warrant attempt, arrest made. Police arrested Calvin M. Steward of Summer Street, Dennisport on a warrant and for assault and battery domestic violence.

12:45 am - A disturbance was reported at 586, individuals placed in protective custody. David Yates of 19 1/2 Benson Ave., Nashua, NH and Jeffrey Schilling of 35 River Rd., Hudson, NH were charged with disorderly conduct and placed in protective custody.

1:15 am - A domestic assault and battery was reported at Wagon Lane, report taken.

1:31 am - A party disturbance was reported on Ellsworth Road, Hyannis, serviced.

1:38 am - A party disturbance was reported at Main Street, Osterville, serviced.

2:02 am - Police were called for a medical assist at St. Joseph Street, Hyannis, report taken.

2:05 am - A noise disturbance was reported on Main Street, Osterville, serviced.

7:20 am - Suspicious activity was reported at Pine Avenue and South Street, Hyannis, serviced.

2:09 pm - A disturbance was reported at Cape Cod Community College, serviced.

2:27 pm - A disturbance was reported at Garden Lane, Hyannis, report taken.

2:52 pm - Police were called for a well being assist at Mitchell's Way, Hyannis, serviced.

3:00 pm - Shoplifting larceny was reported at Macy's, arrest made. Police arrested Tyashia Monique Warren of 42 Fresh Holes Rd., Hyannis for shoplifting by concealing merchandise and on a warrant for shoplifting.

3:13 pm - A break-in was reported at Yachtsman Condos, report taken.

4:30 pm - A break-in was reported at Cromwell Courts, report taken.

5:01 pm - Police were called for a well being assist at Jack's Drum Shop, individual placed in protective custody.

7:26 pm - Shoplifting larceny was reported at Super Stop & Shop, summons issued. Police summonsed Anthony R. Cuoco of 10 Antuens Ave., Mashpee for shoplifting by asportation of merchandise.

8:13 pm - Police were called for an assist at HYCC, serviced.

9:09 pm - A disturbance was reported at Hyannis Youth and Community Center, arrest made. Police arrested a 16-year-old juvenile for disorderly conduct.

9:12 pm - A medical overdose was reported at Castlewood Circle, Hyannis, transported to hospital.

9:42 pm - police made a warrant attempt at Cromwell Courts, arrest made. Police arrested Jailton Santos of 92 Winter St., Hyannis on a warrant.

10:24 pm - Suspicious activity was reported, arrest made. Police arrestedNathaniel L. Perkins of 40 Spring St., Hyannis on two warrants.

11:04 pm - Police were called for a medical emergency at Bristol Avenue, Hyannis, transported to hospital.

Sunday, Oct. 23

2:52 am - A domestic assault and battery was reported at Cromwell Courts, arrest made. Police arrested John Patrick Murphy Jr. of 800 Bearse's Way, Apt. 6WB, Hyannis for assault and battery and intimidation of a witness.

3:00 am - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop, arrest made. Police arrested Benjamin R. Nicolas of 123 Tower Hill Rd., Osterville for operating with a suspended license, speeding, operating after a revoked registration and operating with an open container.

7:09 am - Police were called for a medical assist at Seth Parker Road, Centerville, transported to hospital.

7:15 am - Police made a warrant attempt, arrest made. Police arrested Andrew T. Lyons of 51 Nautical Way, Hyannis on a warrant.

8:18 am - Larceny was reported at Resort and Conference Center, serviced.

10:42 am - Larceny was reported at Budget Host Inn Hyannis Motel, report taken.

10:54 am - Police were called for a well being assist on Nottingham Drive, Centerville, serviced.

3:31 pm - A disturbance was reported at Main Street, Hyannis, report taken.

4:25 pm - A domestic assault and battery was reported at Sea Street, Hyannis, summons issued. Police summonsed Brittany Fugate of 94 Dumont Dr., Hyannis and Chloe Wright of 150 Sea St., Hyannis for assault and battery domestic violence.

6:07 pm - Larceny was reported at 56 Murray Way, Hyannis, report taken.

7:14 pm - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at PetSmart, serviced.

7:35 pm - A disturbance was reported at Old Stage Road, Centerville, arrest made. Police arrested Justin Lee Washington of 740 Old Stage Rd., Centerville for two counts of assault and battery domestic violence, intimidation of a witness and placed him in protective custody. Police summonsed Rebecca Rae Statler of the same address for assault and battery domestic violence.

8:25 pm - Police were called for a medical emergency, arrest made. Police arrested Carlos Naon Rivera of 943 Phinney's Ln., Centerville for OUI-liquor.

8:36 pm - A domestic verbal argument was reported at Bearse's Way, Hyannis, report taken.

9:21 pm - A intoxicated person disturbance was reported at Hyannis Village Green, serviced.

10:17 pm - Suspicious activity was reported at Route 28, Hyannis, serviced.
