A pit bull allegedly escaped from a Thach Lane home and killed a Yorkshire terrier in the owner's arms.
A pit bull that allegedly killed a Yorkshire terrier on Tuesday, Dec. 3, is currently being held by Barnstable Animal Control, according to capecodonline.com.
The pit bull reportedly escaped from a Thach Lane home and approached a man walking a yorkie. The walker picked up the dog, but the pit bull attacked, killing it on the scene.
